Start at the bottleneck. Then build the system.
We help technical businesses put their commercial foundation, marketing and internal processes in better order. Gearshift combines the website, the marketing and the follow-up, so work does not disappear between separate suppliers.
What are you running into?
Pick whichever sounds familiar. You do not need to know any marketing jargon to know where to start.
Start at the bottleneck. Then build the system.

In every website
At least five conversations, four feedback rounds, responsive design, copy, forms, technical SEO foundations, privacy setup, testing, launch support and the first year of hosting. The final scope follows the signed proposal.
What is not included
- Connections to CRM, planning or a client portal within the fixed price. Possible, but as a separate proposal.
- Slipping a new visual identity into a website project. That is separate work with its own price — except in Full service, where it is already included.
- Promises about Google rankings. What we do is put the technical foundation and the copy in order.
- Building on a system we cannot hand over. You get the source code and the access.
Feedback, payment and extra work
- Payment
- Unless the proposal says otherwise: 25 percent deposit at the start, 75 percent on delivery. All amounts exclude VAT.
- Recurring costs
- Hosting is included the first year (three years with Full service). What renewal costs after that is set out in the proposal.
- Extra work
- Work outside the agreed scope requires written approval and may lead to an additional proposal.
Performance
A campaign that works for one business won't automatically work for another — budget, audience and channels differ per market. So we shape the approach after a free conversation, not upfront in a package.
Campaigns, landing pages, CRO and reporting you can act on.
AI systems
Which AI systems make sense depends on the tools and processes a business already has. That varies too much for a fixed package, so we map it out first before proposing anything.
Faster follow-up, agents, connections and human control.
Apps and dashboards
An internal app or dashboard is custom work by definition — built on the systems and integrations already in place. So we scope that only after a free conversation about what's actually needed.
Internal apps, dashboards and connections, built to fit.
Where do we usually start?
Most projects start with the website: it is the foundation performance marketing and internal systems build on. Already have one, and one of the other three is often the more logical start.
